A Strange Message on the Internet
At the beginning of the Millennium, the 2 of November of the year 2000, several electronic ads tabloids in internet began to present messages of a mysterious character. Identified at the beginning only with the initials TimeTravel_0, this person began a series of conversations about the possibility of travelling in time, features that would have a machine that could do such a thing and the theory behind its functioning.
During this initial period, this character was characterized by short, concise, messages that talked about this machine as if their existence is a reality, but eventually his story was taking shape.
In January of 2001 he introduced himself as John Titor, and confirm that was an American soldier who had traveled back in time from the year 2036. His mission was to travel to the year 1975 to get a IBM computer this year in order to edit some older programs with "timeout" error code problems in the year 2038 (this year all UNIX programs and from many other sources will not operate untill time counter stop). According to his history, he had been chosen for such a mission for be grandson of one of the original members of team building, and when asked about the need for the device in the future (when in the present, it would be extremely easy to build one) his answer was bizarre: the war destroyed many things.

John Titor told that he had travell to the year 2000 to collect valuables things and warn some people of the dangers to the United States in the near future. Likewise, he warn to the people of the seriousness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, infected trough bovine products.
He tells a series of predictions and described the functioning of their alleged time machine, also answered countless of questions about the future which he said to come from, until March of 2001, when it disappeared. Many of their messages disappeared from the original website, but were collected by his followers, so today we have access to a sort of "collage" of their main theories and predictions.

This traveler said to come from an era where new technologies had made possible to build a time machine, and even gave a detailed description of the artifact, the theory behind its functioning and the effects of his trip in the future. According to Titor, his machine consisted of a "stationary mass and temporary movement system powered by two dual singularities of quick-turn" that would produce a "standard Tipler sinusoid". Frank J. Tipler, who proposed that if a long and dense object rotates at speeds close to the speed of light, it could allow that another object, that moved around him, move forward or backward in time would have given the theory behind the construction of the machine. The direction of movement would be given by the direction of the rotation in spiral. This theory has not been disproved, but there is currently no material capable of resisting a turn at this speed without decomposing.

The Machine that would have brought it from the past consisted of two magnetic containers for micro - singularities (the small black holes that would be created with the rotational speed), which would come equipped with a distributor of injection of electrons (which would alter the mass of these small holes), a cooler and a ventilation system of x-ray. The system would be regulated by 4 computers and 3 cesium clocks, and would handle gravity sensors to determine your position and your address. Titor even presented an outline of his time machine.
