The Predictions of Martí

The film of 1989 back to the future II predicted correctly that the Florida team, (back then they not had team) would win the world series of 1997. While the rumor holds that Martí saw a hologram in the 2015 that proclaimed winner to Florida, actually in the film there is none prediction. Although, to check this we have to see it again.

The Cursed Car of James Dean

James Dean died when his Porsche Spyder collided with another vehicle. A second-hand dealer bought the car shattered, and, under the pretext of supporting the campaigns of prudence behind the wheel, exposed him to the public. he charged twenty-five dollars for a glimpse. Came a time when interest in that pile of scrap metal declined, so it was sold to other intending to sell it for parts. When the car was moved to the new garage, it loose from the moorings of the truck and broke the both legs to its new owner. This did not change the idea and sold the engine to a doctor, who installed it in his car and crashed and died on the first trip. Another doctor bought the transmission and also had an accident where he was badly hurt.

The rumors began that Dean´s car was haunted, possibly by the spirit of the young actor, and those rumors grew when a neighbor in New York bought two of the wheels, which burst at the same time in a mysterious way. He survived the accident, unlike the truck driver carrying the ailing bodywork of the Spyder to a Convention on road safety. When, shortly after, the bodywork disappeared from the scene, many were sure that the car was not haunted, although many claimed that the responsable could not be the ghost of Dean, because him has not died in the collision, but he had been so badly disfigured that it had withdrawn from the public eye...

The Movie Fargo is based on real events

As can be read literally in the advertisement before the start of the film, "this is a real history." The facts described in the film happened in Minnesota in 1987. At the request of survivors, names have been modified. "For respect to the victims, the rest is described exactly as took place."

There is nothing of truth in the introduction of the Cohen brothers  It used only as a stylistic device that gave to the film a greater weight. there are not a remotely similar case occurred in Minnesota in 1987. If you still have doubts, unbeliever, stay seated until the end of the credits and see that... "any resemblance of the characters in the film to reality is purely coincidental".

The Money Roar

It is said that the number of times that roars the lion of the Metro Goldwyn Mayer indicates the cost of the production. One roar for the cheap movies, twice for medium budgets films and three for the big blockbusters. you didn´t imagine it right?

Fake Documentaries

The Blair Witch Project Film, used the format of urban legend in its conception and in its marketing campaign. the film claimed that his images were the result of real experiences of the own filmmakers. It wasn't the first time that someone in a movie did this. At least one film had moved forward in the idea: Holocaust Cannibal, which shocked all those who saw it and much more to those who thought it was a documentary.
